This nationally recognised practice has an immediate requirement for a personal injury solicitor able to handle their own caseload of EL/PL work to multi track level. The team itself already consists of 2 partners, 6 assistants, a trainee and 6 support staff.

Work in the team ranges from fast track to catastrophic loss and complex multi track claims with particular expertise in claims from the rail, retail, leisure and transport sectors.

The nature of the work means that it is expected that a suitable candidate would have a minimum of two years experience handling EL/PL work. A proven track record of handling multi track EL/PL work would be ideal and candidates from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered.
