This nationally recognised practice has an immediate requirement for an experienced personal injury solicitor able to handle their own caseload of EL/PL work to multi track level. The team itself already consists of 2 partners, 6 assistants, a trainee and 6 support staff.

Work in the team ranges from fast track to catastrophic loss and complex multi track claims with particular expertise in claims from the rail, retail, leisure and transport sectors.

The nature of the work means that it is expected that a suitable candidate would have a minimum of five years experience handling EL/PL work. A proven track record of handling multi track EL/PL work is a necessity, but candidates from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered.

This is seen as an important role within the team and as such will provide the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities and to be involved in client development.
