A City / International practice currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic banking / finance solicitor / lawyer to join a friendly and hugely successful team. · You will be working for small and tightly knit team in an ambitious and expanding practice; · Dealing with a broad range of aircraft finance deals acting for a combination of banks, lessors and airlines. · You will have solid aircraft finance and leasing experience, preferably on a range of transaction structures across a broad range of jurisdictions. · The role will also involve working on rail finance deals so any rail experience would be a significant bonus. · In terms of level, the firm is looking for someone circa 5/6PQE; · You will have a strong understanding of how deals are constructed, negotiated and closed and who can supervise junior lawyers (and trainees). · Be able to operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients. · Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with a number of business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the Group.
