The Team ·The Group has lead competition & anti-trust experts who are used to dealing with these issues on behalf of a range of blue chip clients / governments both claimants & defendants, including in the context of concurrent competition investigations by regulators. ·They have represented clients on competition matters both before the European Court & before national courts across Europe.
