One of the South West’s largest progressive law firms have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join their Chambers and Legal 500 recognised Legacies and Charities Disputes Team to be based at the Exeter office.    You will work under a leader in this field and will lead a full range of legacy and charity dispute cases for clients and practively grow and develop your capability, client work and fee income.  You should have proven technical and specialist knowledge of charity disputes including disputes with executors, probate fraud, validity of Wills disputes, claims under Inheritance Act, estoppel claims and Court of Protection matters.  You will also need to have proven business development track record and be able to lead strategies and action plans.  It would also be an advantage to have supervisory experience and be able to develop trainees and paralegals.      The firm offer a fulfilling career in a highly regarded team.
